Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support general office administration tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in supporting C-suite executives, preferably within the health care industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
