Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Purchase Ledger and general invoicing queries
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Drive and ambition to further your career
