Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and resource allocation.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • MUST hold professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • EITHER: Have a not for profit background, or commercial/private sector background
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in business partnering
  • Must be able to demonstrate where you've made a difference or positive change for their stakeholders
