Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to manage budgets effectively.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
  • Deliver training and guidance to non-financial staff on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)-FULLY QUALIFIED
  • MUST have not for profit business partnering experience
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • An ability to work collaboratively and influence decision-making.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
