Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives in line with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on financial matters.
  • Assist in financial planning and investment decisions within the property industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the property industry and its financial practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
