Job Description

  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and financial models to support organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its financial challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
