Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against key business targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new business initiatives and investments.
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Studying towards becoming a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its financial dynamics.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
