The business is looking to appoint an experienced Retail Finance Business Partner.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to support decision-making.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Identify and communicate key financial insights to drive business performance.
  • Support budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in the retail industry or a similar sector.
  • Proficiency with financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems.
