Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all accounting and finance functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Ensure proper management of financial records and documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and oversee financial transactions to maintain stability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Provide guidance on financial best practices and regulations within the retail industry.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
  • Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Qualified).
  • Proven experience in financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
