Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the department.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the accounting and finance team.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in accounting and financial management
  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
