Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee financial planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management within a Not For Profit organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
