They are looking for a number of candidates to join the team as a Financial Mis-selling ParalegalJob DescriptionAs a Financial Mis-selling Paralegal you willHandle a caseload of financial mis-selling claims.Conduct research to support case development and strategy.Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.Liaise with clients to gather information and provide case updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.Collaborate with solicitors and other team members to ensure efficient case progression.Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal regulations.Support in preparing documentation for court proceedings.The Successful ApplicantA successful Financial Mis-selling Paralegal should have at least 12 month experience of dealing with financial mis-selling/PPI/Plevin claims.
