Job Description

The successful Financial Reporting Manager will:

  • Manage the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and guide the financial reporting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Managing a team to a high standard.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of a fast paced environment and their sales model.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
