Job Description

  • Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and validate financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance.
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial software and systems.
