Key responsibilities include:Leading the development of annual financial plans aligned with workforce and activity forecasts.Producing monthly financial reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.Driving financial recovery initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities.Representing the organisation in system-wide financial planning and negotiations.Leading divisional finance teams to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate financial analysis.Designing and overseeing the budget-setting process, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.Providing expert input into major business cases and strategic projects.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience and a strong track record in financial planning within complex organisations.
