Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to resolve payment queries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to meet deadlines.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounts receivable processes within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful French Speaking Accounts Receivable professional should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Speaking German would also be an advantage
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
