Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for assigned funds.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Assist with audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Support the preparation of tax and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all fund-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fund operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting workflow.
  • Respond to queries from stakeholders promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Accountant should have:

  • Studying towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and software.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
