Job Description

  • Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients regarding account queries and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the accounting process.
  • Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful German Speaking AR should have:

  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external stakeholders.
