Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership across global offices, aligning people and business goals.
  • Line manage multiple functions, including HR, Recruitment, and selected operational teams.
  • Foster a unified, inclusive culture across international teams.
  • Design and deliver training, engagement programs, and leadership development pathways.
  • Ensure HR compliance and documentation meet regional standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead internal programs such as new office launches, remote workforce tooling, and policy roll outs.
  • Support offshore technical teams to ensure delivery quality and accountability.
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, tech, and marketing for smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Drive resource planning, communication, and delivery tracking across projects.
  • Partner with department heads to align people strategies with operational goals.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time with measurable outcomes.
  • Support scaling into new markets with consistency and operational excellence.
  • Ensure HR and operational policies comply with local legislation.
  • Review client contracts for compliance and implement updates with legal support.
  • Champion company values globally, ensuring behaviours and policies reflect a consistent ethos.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in senior HR or operational leadership roles within global organisations.
  • Strong line management experience across multiple functions.
  • Expertise in compliance, talent development, and organisational scaling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
