Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement and improve financial processes and systems.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and advice.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of compliance standards.
  • Ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
