Job Description

  • Develop and own the overall player acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
  • Optimise performance across PPC, affiliate marketing, paid social, mobile, and other digital channels.
  • Manage budgets and ensure spend aligns with ROI and performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of acquisition specialists.
  • Introduce and maintain test-and-learn frameworks to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, brand, CRM, compliance, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale acquisition activity.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to maximise value and performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing channels to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience in a senior acquisition or performance marketing role within the UK iGaming sector.
  • Strong background in PPC, with additional knowledge of affiliates, paid social, mobile and display.
  • Proven ability to manage acquisition costs, deliver against performance KPIs, and apply data-driven decision making.
  • Confident user of reporting and analytics tools, with solid understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution and ROI.
  • Experience leading and developing multi-channel teams.
  • Knowledge of UK gaming regulations and advertising standards.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
