Job Description

As Head of Corporate Services Procurement, you will:

  • Lead category strategies across corporate services, HR Services, Legal & Audit, Consultancy, Travel & Meetings, and other indirect spend areas.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for HR procurement, bringing market insight and commercial leadership.
  • Oversee and optimise supply chains for UK Temporary Labour and Security Subcontractors.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers, ensuring contracts deliver value, compliance, and innovation.
  • Drive supplier consolidation programmes and challenge spend behaviours to unlock savings.
  • Deliver a multiyear savings pipeline and P&L benefits across categories.
  • Represent procurement at leadership level, influencing strategy and supporting bid activity.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Corporate Services - Procurement Category Lead should have:

  • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong focus on corporate services, agency labour and HR-related categories.
  • Deep commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively and build strong, influential relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, with the capability to turn ideas into actionable plans and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and trend identification to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of procurement compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
