Job Description

  • Lead the finance function for a major manufacturing site, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimize costs, margins, and efficiency.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee audits, risk management, and internal controls to maintain best practice standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in the FMCG/ pharmaceutical/ manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
