Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior leadership.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management within the retail industry.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
