Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the organisation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace practices.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and staff development plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a HR role in a Manufacturing and Production, FMCG or related environment.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to additional site in the Midlands twice a month.
