Job Description

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction within the Paisley office.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:
