With a strong presence in London, Durham, Lytham St Anne's and Glasgow, the organisation company is committed to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results in the field of Human Resources.Job DescriptionThe organisation is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic HR Officer to join their Human Resources team to provide a comprehensive HR function to the whole organisation.Reporting to one of the HR Managers, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing comprehensive and professional HR administration support, timely advice, information, and fit for purpose solutions across the full employee life cycle. Your duties will include:Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee relations.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.Providing guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related matters.Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Processing monthly payroll information and changesPreparing reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Officer will have experience of working within a busy HR function and as part of a team, whilst also using own initiative, to provide a quality service.
