Job Description

  • Administer Zellis ResourceLink systems, including workflow configuration and operational support.
  • Manage user setup, process definitions, and operator ID and profile types within HR systems.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation and maintenance of MyView and reporting setups.
  • Identify areas for system improvement and recommend enhancements to optimise functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to HR teams on system usage and updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR systems with business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Systems Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in administering Zellis ResourceLink systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MyView, process definitions, and reporting setups.
  • Ability to configure workflows and manage operator ID and profile types.
  • Expertise in providing operational support and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the property industry.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
