Our client is looking for a charter surveyor with Valuation experience, with the ability to do General Practice estates surveying with valuation experience
  • Interim Valuation Surveyor £420-475/day DOE
  • 3-6 Month Contract (Possibility of extension)

Estates Team is responsible for managing the council's diverse property portfolio, ensuring land and buildings are used effectively to support public services. The team provides expert advice and services across valuation, estates management, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and farm estate administration.

Job Description

  • MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor (or working towards qualification)
  • Demonstrated experience in property valuation
  • Solid background in general practice surveying, including estates management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Estates Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Registered Valuer
  • Local Authority experience
