This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You'll oversee daily finance operations, treasury and AP teams, investor reporting, and month-end close processes-while also contributing to strategic projects and team development. This role is due to start ASAP and run until March / April next year.

Job Description

  • Leading and inspiring a small Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit processes
  • Reviewing SPV investor reports and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensuring robust financial controls, systems access, and process integrity
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to wider Finance leadership succession planning

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with broad financial experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, resilient mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SUN, SQL, Jedox)

What's on Offer

Competitive salary of up to £75,000 or day rate of up to £400 per day (inside IR35) dependent on experience

Hybrid working - 3 days from the office in West Kent and 2 days from home
