Job Description

  • Lead and manage risk assurance assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on risk management processes.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of risk assurance projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in professional services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RAS Manager should have:

  • A relevant professional qualification in accounting or auditing (CIA, ACA, ACCA, etc)
  • Extensive knowledge of risk assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in a professional services environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
