They pride themselves on strong governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, supported by a highly skilled finance and business control team.Job DescriptionAs an Internal Auditor, you will:Conduct audits across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Perform detailed testing of internal controls for income statement and balance sheet areas.Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for senior management.Support external audits, annual stock checks, and due diligence for acquisitions.Contribute to process improvement projects and provide technical support on emerging business issues.Work closely with colleagues in Internal Audit and the wider finance team, including management accounts, SOPs/balance sheet, and commercial analysis.This role involves a mix of home working, time at the West Midlands office, and travel to sites across the UK and Ireland.
