Job Description

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to align with organisational goals.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and tone.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
  • Advise senior management on communication best practices and strategies.
  • Organise and manage staff engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication that reflects the organisation's values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Communication Manager should have:
