Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates for sales positions within the financial services sector.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support in developing strategies to attract and retain top talent in Manchester.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Recruitment specialist should have:

  • Either you will have 12 months recruitment experience, or a graduate looking to progress your career with an award winning company in Manchester
  • Knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques, including social media recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
