Job Description

The duties of the Investor Relations Executive include:

  • Respond to investor and adviser queries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage administrative processes such as fund transfers, exits, and investor portal tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communications including valuations, reports, and dividend announcements.
  • Support the retail sales team and attend client meetings to provide fund performance updates.
  • Act as a product champion for tax-efficient products and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Organise investor events and assist with client retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

he ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Basic knowledge of retail investment products is required, and familiarity with VCTs, EIS, and BR is advantageous.
