Job Description

You'll play a key role in managing legal risk and supporting business teams across diverse products, including:

  • Investment grade lending
  • Real estate finance
  • Structured project and infrastructure finance
  • Trade finance and related FX/interest rate hedging
  • This position also involves advising on commercial contracts, property matters, and regulatory developments.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in general lending and banking & finance
  • Familiarity with LMA documentation and UK banking regulations
  • Ability to manage transactions at a junior - mid level and liaise with external counsel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Approx. NQ - 4 years PQE
