  • Lead M&A transactions tax projects, ensuring compliance and optimal client outcomes.
  • Advise clients on tax implications and strategies for mergers and acquisitions.

  • Review and analyse tax structures, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and mentor team members to develop their expertise in the tax department.
