  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators within the property industry.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional accountancy qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
