Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed budget analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Support departmental heads with financial insights and performance tracking.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Accounting & Finance team to meet organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and budget management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to work and an ability to meet deadlines effectively.
