Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to aid decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage cost controls effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Advanced skills in using accounting software and tools.
  • Adept problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Working towards a professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • The ability to work efficiently in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
