Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead all operational functions to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspire and guide the senior management team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all areas of the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Managing Director with a track records of success in growing businesses, or potentially a senior Commercial/Operations director from a larger organisation ready to step into their first Managing Director role. While experience in the service or installation sector is advantageous, we also welcome candidates from adjacent industries such as consumer services, business services, and facilities management.The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership at senior management or C-suite level
  • Strong strategic planning and organisational capabilities
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including budget management
  • A track record of identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
