Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for internal teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential documentation in line with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and regulatory obligations within the financial services sector.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support office needs and maintain supplies.
  • Assist with internal communications and support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and implement health, safety, and security procedures across the office.
