Job Description

  • Maintain a safe, stocked, and welcoming office environment
  • Act as First Aider and Fire Warden; ensure Health & Safety compliance
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management
  • Provide first-line IT support and device setup; escalate issues as needed
  • Champion process improvements and support business change initiatives
  • Manage front-of-house duties, meeting rooms, and visitor experience
  • Coordinate on boarding, team-building, and recognition activities
  • Promote wellbeing, CSR, and support B-Corp reporting



The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Office Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in office management or similar admin role, supporting hybrid teams
  • Strong IT skills and confidence with Microsoft 365 and digital workflows
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive multitasker
  • Curious self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Bonus: First Aid certification, facilities/Health & Safety experience, HR/onboarding familiarity
