Job Description



  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth office functioning across HQ and local entities.


  • Coordinate office setup, facilities, vendor relationships, and operational processes to support business continuity.


  • Implement and maintain project management systems that streamline communication and workflow across teams.


  • Manage operational documentation, project plans, and reporting to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accountability.


  • Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring operational alignment with legal, finance, compliance, and governance standards.


  • Lead vendor contracting processes and support operational budget tracking, forecasting, and payment workflows.


  • Monitor adherence to contract terms, operational milestones, and service-level expectations.


  • Manage high-level organisational calendars and operational meeting structures, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.


  • Lead operational initiatives such as internal events, on boarding processes, and document-management system implementation.


  • Provide executive operational support, including travel logistics and budget reporting, to enable efficient leadership decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:*

  • Experience in project management and/or business operations
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Demonstrable ability to build trusted relationships across an organisation and externally to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Experience of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive. SharePoint)
  • Proactive, tenacious and solution-oriented with the capacity to thrive in the ambiguity of a start-up company
