Job Description

The Paralegal will be:



  • Assisting the legal team in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts and documentation


  • Supporting compliance and regulatory matters, liaising with internal stakeholders


  • Maintaining legal records, monitoring deadlines and helping with legal operations workflows


  • Conducting legal research, summarising findings and providing support across multiple legal disciplines


  • Collaborating with other departments (commercial, operations, tech and sales) to ensure legal alignment and efficient processes

The Successful Applicant

The Paralegal should be:



  • A paralegal or equivalent with prior legal experience (ideally in contracts, compliance or commercial law)


  • Comfortable with drafting and reviewing legal documentation and managing legal workflows


  • Able to communicate clearly with non-legal teams, and work as part of a small legal function


  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks


  • Eager to grow professionally within a tech-driven, dynamic environment
