Job Description

  • Develop and implement policies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on policy initiatives.
  • Draft clear and concise policy documents for internal and external use.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented policies.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and legislative developments within the life science industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of policy objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on policy-related matters to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Policy Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of policy development processes
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for drafting policy documents.
