Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on complex wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Building strong client and referrer relationships
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to departmental growth
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE in Private Client work
  • Skilled in handling high-value wills, probate and trust matters
  • Experienced in business development and client relationship management
  • Commercially astute with strong decision-making and technical expertise
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
