Job Description

  • Advising international private clients (UK resident and non-resident) on UK legal and tax matters
  • Structuring and restructuring wealth in the UK and offshore
  • Drafting wills, trust deeds, and related documentation
  • Advising on cross-border succession planning and tax-efficient strategies
  • Coordinating with international advisors, trustees, and family offices
  • Supporting clients with UK asset acquisitions and disposals
  • Acting as day-to-day contact for clients and managing matters independently
  • Contributing to business development and the growth of the Offshore practice

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years' PQE in private client law, with experience in international/offshore matters
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • STEP qualified or willing to undertake the qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
