As part of this growth, they are seeking a proactive Production Planner to support manufacturing operations for their snacks category.

Job Description

  • Developing weekly and monthly production plans in line with forecasted demand and capacity constraints
  • Coordinating with co-manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely execution of production schedules
  • Managing raw material and packaging requirements, ensuring availability for planned runs
  • Monitoring production performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting NPD launches with production readiness planning
  • Maintaining accurate data within systems (Anaplan) and generating reports to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to optimise processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing coordination, ideally in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
