Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead production teams to achieve daily targets and maintain operational efficiency.
  • 70% shopfloor based 30% office based
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production floor.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on outcomes.
  • Implement strategies to optimise workflow and reduce waste.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed at every production stage.
