This should include experience of notice projects from start to finishAdvising on statutory and voluntary lease extensionsAdvising on rights of first refusal pursuant to Landlord and Tenant Act 1987Acting in matters pertaining to Right to Manage companiesExperience in advising on short-form residential tenancy matters, principally in respect of AST possession claimsKnowledge of and some experience with the Building Safety Act / Party Wall ActThis is an opportunity to work alongside our established partners on high quality, technical work at both local and national level. As a key member of the team, you'll be supported and encouraged to participate in client development initiatives as well as mentoring other members of the team.The Successful ApplicantA successful Property Litigation Associate should have at least 5 PQE of dealing with similar matters.
